Percolation Test, Septic Design and New Installation

The FIRST step in the construction of a new septic system in Tucson.
2 Types:

1) Percolation Test With Letter- 

 This is for our clients that are purchasing land and want to know how good the soil is for future use in the septic system but not actively building for a couple years. Our civil engineer will meet us and we will walk the property to find the best soil conditions suitable for a conventional septic system. We will dig several holes with a backhoe approximately 10 feet deep. A letter will be signed and stamped by our engineer and will satisfy lenders you may be working with like Washington Federal.  

Strictly for the sale of the property to ensure it will be able to have a conventional septic system on the land in the future.  

2) Perc Test With Engineer’s Design— All of the design paperwork to submit to PDEQ for the permit.

It is common for a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home to have a 1000  gallon tank installed, however tanks come mass produced in 1000, 1250 and 1500 gallon sizes.

The surgeon guides you along the path for the most septic success possible. 

For Example:

The surgeon would recommend upgrading the tank to a 1250 gallon for a couple hundred bucks. When the time comes for an addition in the future, we will have already saved you $8,000 towards the addition by NOT having to spend that money toward ANOTHER tank replacement.

There are MANY of these shortcuts along the way to maximize your money and effectiveness. Just ask during the percolation test.
